“Sip Your Sparkle” Cocktail

Deliciously refreshing and unique, this tasty mocktail was created by Rosie Ruiz at Staying Gold Cocktails in Los Angeles. Flex your mixology muscles and make these drinks for your next happy hour celebration.
Topped with Gem + Jane Simply Seltzer for a THCV boost, this drink layers flavors of vanilla, berries, citrus, sweet mango and toasted coconut for a tropical sensation. Garnished with a cannabis leaf, this drink is readymade for Instagram! Sip your sparkle this summer with Gem + Jane.
- 1oz Mango Nectar
- .75oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- .75oz Lemon Juice
- 1oz Vanilla Blueberry Green Tea
- 2oz Gem + Jane Simply Seltzer
*Vanilla Blueberry Green Tea
- 1Tbsp Vanilla Blueberry Green Tea
- 8oz Boiling Water
*Place tea in boiling water and let steep for 4 minutes. Remove tea from water.
*Toasted Coconut Syrup (2 Parts)
Part 1 (Toasted Coconut)
- 1 Cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut
*Preheat oven to 350. Place shredded coconut on flat baking sheet and into oven. Check coconut every 3 minutes. Stir occasionally so as not to burn coconut. Once coconut is golden brown, remove from oven and cool.
Part 2 (1:1 Homemade Coconut Syrup)
- 1 Cup Toasted Coconut
- 1 Cup Pure Cane Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- -Add Tsp Vanilla Extract if making Toasted Coconut Vanilla Syrup)
*Place all ingredients in saucepan on medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let sit for 20 minutes. Strain coconut from syrup and store in refrigerator until use.
*Place all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice, except for Gem + Jane Simply Seltzer. Shake with ice and strain into into rocks glass. Fill glass with ice and top with Gem + Jane Simply Seltzer. Garnish with Cannabis Leaf and skewered mangos.
